Charlene Dunlap is a traveling Professional Makeup Artist, Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, and Certified Lash Technician, who hails from “The Good Life City” of Albany, Georgia. She has held positions in the beauty industry, educational, and governmental agencies in her professional career, but her entrepreneurial spirit is what led her to be the owner and CEO of her own makeup artistry empire. Charlene is a self-taught, nationally recognized make-up artist whose work has been featured in national publications such as Essence Magazine Online and Elle Magazine, along with features in Virtuoso Magazine (formerly Exposure Magazine) and Kontrol Magazine.

Charlene has been specially requested by Grammy award winner Cardi B, and graced with the opportunities to enhance the beauty of Love & Hip Hop stars Mimi Faust and Yandy Smith, as well as Bahja Rodriguez of the OMG Girlz, celebrity models The Double Dose Twins, and most recently, gospel legend Dottie Peoples. She has yielded her makeup brush for several former Miss Albany State Universities, in addition to Albany State University’s current Madame President and VPs, former City Manager of Albany, Georgia, and a host of other very prestigious ladies and gentlemen across the U.S.

Most recently, two of Charlene’s clients went viral with their back to school rendition of Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin”. Because of Mrs. Audrianna Williams and Mrs. Callie Evans, Charlene’s work was shown on Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Tamron Hall Show, MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, ABC, and a host of other television programs and social media sites.

When Charlene is not busy building her empire she lends her time to her beloved sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and she serves as the President of C3 Car Club: Sowega Chapter. Her biggest and most celebrated claim to fame is being the proud mother of her one and only son, Little Mr. Jaxon Luke.
