Charlene Dunlap is a traveling Professional Makeup Artist, Certified Permanent Makeup Artist, Certified Lash Technician, and a 2023 Esthetician Graduate of Albany Technical College, proudly based in Leesburg, Georgia. With a professional background spanning the beauty industry, education, and government sectors, Charlene’s entrepreneurial vision ultimately led her to establish and lead her own luxury beauty brand as Owner and CEO.

A self-taught, nationally recognized makeup artist, Charlene’s work has been featured in prominent publications including Essence Magazine Online and ELLE, with additional editorial features in Virtuoso Magazine (formerly Exposure Magazine) and Kontrol Magazine. Her artistry is celebrated for its refined execution, timeless elegance, and ability to enhance natural beauty with intention and precision.

Charlene’s clientele includes an impressive roster of notable figures and public personalities. She has been specially requested by Grammy Award–winning artist Cardi B and has had the honor of working with Love & Hip Hop stars Mimi Faust and Yandy Smith, Bahja Rodriguez of the OMG Girlz, celebrity models The Double Dose Twins, and gospel music legend Dottie Peoples. Her portfolio also includes beauty services for multiple former Miss Albany State University titleholders, the former President and current Vice Presidents of Albany State University, the former City Manager of Albany, Georgia, and a distinguished array of professionals across the United States.

Charlene’s work gained national attention when two of her clients went viral for their back-to-school rendition of Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin.” Featuring Mrs. Audrianna Williams and Mrs. Callie Evans, the moment propelled Charlene’s artistry onto major platforms including Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Tamron Hall Show, MSNBC, CNN, FOX News, ABC, and numerous digital and social media outlets.

Beyond her professional achievements, Charlene is deeply committed to service and leadership. She actively serves her beloved sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and is the President of C3 Car Club: Sowega Chapter. Above all, her most cherished role is being the proud mother of her son, Jaxon Luke.
