Service Hours

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: Limited availability / premium booking
Check the booking calendar for extended hours, priority booking, premium booking, and holiday availability.

Response times for booking inquiries follow these same hours.

Extended Hours, Priority Booking & Premium Pricing

Appointments scheduled outside of standard service hours or requested same day are subject to additional fees and premium pricing.

Extended Hours & Priority Booking Fee

A $25 fee (per appointment) applies to:

  • Appointments scheduled between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Appointments scheduled between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Same-day appointment requests

This fee is due with your deposit and must be paid no later than 7:00 PM the evening before the requested appointment date (or immediately for same-day requests) to secure your booking.

Premium Hour Pricing

All service prices are doubled for appointments scheduled:

  • Before 7:00 AM

  • After 9:00 PM

  • Sundays

Premium pricing reflects extended availability, schedule adjustments, and priority accommodation.

Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred to another appointment or date.

  • Missed appointments will not receive coupons or credits.

Service Selection Policy

  • Services cannot be changed during the appointment.

  • Each time slot is carefully allocated based on the service selected at booking.

Please review service descriptions thoroughly before booking to ensure you select the correct service.

Additional Fees & Off-Site Services

Requests for services rendered outside of the studio or requiring extended availability may be subject to additional fees.

Off-Site Service Fees include:

  • Hauling Fee – $100
    Required for all services provided outside of the studio.

  • Mileage Fee – National Standard Mileage Rate
    Charged round-trip from the studio to the requested service location.

  • Lodging Fee – Pricing discussed as needed
    Required for travel services with start times before standard business hours or requiring overnight accommodation.

  • Touch-Up Services Fee – $75 per hour
    Required for on-site touch-ups during events, photoshoots, or extended bookings.
